AFV Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the AFV website or placing an order.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Words whose initial letters are capitalized have the meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another party. “Control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or securities entitled to vote for directors or another managing authority.
- Company, “AFV,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Afewvibe. LTD., also doing business as AFV.
- Country refers to Wyoming, United States.
- Device means a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or another device capable of accessing the Service.
- Goods means products offered for sale through the Website.
- Order means a request by You to purchase Goods from AFV.
- Service refers to the Website and related shopping services provided by AFV.
- Terms means these Terms and Conditions governing access to and use of the Service.
- Website refers to AFV, accessible at https://afewvibe.com/.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern use of the Service and form an agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an Order, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.
You represent that You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If You are using the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, You represent that You have authority to bind that entity.
Your use of the Service is also subject to the AFV Privacy Policy and other policies published on the Website.
3. Orders and Cancellations
Before placing an Order, You are responsible for reviewing the product, size, color, quantity, price, shipping address, contact information, and payment details.
Once an Order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. This applies even if the Order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier.
AFV may reject or cancel an Order when a product is unavailable, the Order cannot be fulfilled, payment or security verification cannot be completed, the Order appears fraudulent or abusive, an obvious pricing or listing error occurred, or cancellation is otherwise reasonably necessary.
If AFV cancels an Order, any eligible amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

4. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability
AFV makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other Website information accurate. However, errors, omissions, or delays may occur.
Product colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors.
AFV may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, withdraw products, or cancel affected Orders when reasonably necessary.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price displayed and accepted at checkout applies to the Order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
5. Payments and Verification
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
AFV or its payment providers may perform payment, identity, address, fraud-prevention, or security verification before fulfilling an Order.
Never send a full payment-card number, security code, expiration date, account password, or one-time verification code through email or chat.
AFV may decline or cancel an Order if payment authorization or required verification cannot be completed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, tracking, failed-delivery terms, and related conditions are governed by the AFV Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by order processing, carriers, weather, holidays, customs, address problems, or other circumstances outside AFV’s reasonable control.
For supported international markets, import duties are included in product prices. Taxes and any applicable checkout amount are determined according to destination and applicable Shopify market settings.
7. Returns, Store Credit, and Refunds
Eligible returns, item-condition requirements, Final Sale exclusions, prepaid return labels, store credit, and refunds are governed by the AFV Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible product returns are generally issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only when AFV cancels an Order, is unable to fulfill it, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for activity occurring through Your account.
You must provide accurate account information and promptly update information that changes.
You must notify AFV promptly if You believe Your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
AFV may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
- To interfere with the Website, its security, its operation, or another customer’s use.
- To introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping, or excessive automated requests.
- To impersonate another person or misrepresent Your identity or authority.
- To place fraudulent Orders, abuse returns, misuse discounts, or circumvent purchasing limits.
- To violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, layout, text, graphics, and functionality are owned by or licensed to AFV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
AFewVibe and AFV names, branding, and store materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, employment, endorsement, or authorization.
Third-party brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply that those owners sponsor or operate AFV.
11. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AFV.
AFV does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy policies, security, availability, or business practices.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
12. Suspension and Termination
AFV may suspend or terminate access to the Service when You materially breach these Terms, create security or fraud risks, abuse the Service, or when suspension is reasonably required by law.
Upon termination, Your right to use the affected portion of the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
AFV does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every Device, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFV and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, AFV’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the applicable exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by applicable United States federal law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
16. Dispute Resolution
If You have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting AFV at support@afewvibe.com.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. European Union Consumers
If You are a consumer located in the European Union, You retain the benefit of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You reside.
18. United States Legal Compliance
You represent that You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable United States sanctions, embargoes, or restricted-party rules.
19. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision or exercise a right does not waive the ability to enforce that provision or exercise that right later.
20. Translation
These Terms may be translated for convenience. If a translated version conflicts with the original English version, the English version will control except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
AFV may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, AFV will provide reasonable notice before a material change takes effect.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
