Shipping
What are the U.S. shipping options and rates?
- Standard Shipping: USD 9.90, estimated 3–5 business days; free on orders of USD 100 or more.
- Express Shipping: USD 35.00, estimated 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carrier, weather, or peak-season delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard international shipping is USD 20 to Canada and USD 30 to other supported destinations, with an estimated transit time of 3–12 business days. International shipping is free on orders of USD 300 or more.
For supported international markets, import duties are included in product prices. Taxes and any applicable amount payable at checkout are determined by destination and shown before the order is placed.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some orders ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days. Check your customer account for all tracking numbers. If an item still appears missing, email support@afewvibe.com with the order number and the email used at checkout.
Returns
What is the return policy?
- Most eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned with original tags, packaging, and included accessories.
- Blind-box, mystery, and Final Sale items are not returnable for non-quality-related reasons.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Is return shipping free?
For an eligible return, the first prepaid return label provided for the order is free. Additional return labels cost USD 15 each. AFV does not guarantee a specific return carrier.
Do I receive a refund or store credit?
Eligible returns are issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only when AFV cancels an order, cannot fulfill it, or when otherwise required by law. Processing time after a refund is issued is normally 3–10 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.
Are exchanges available?
Direct exchanges are not available. Return an eligible item for store credit and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Where can I find my return label?
After an eligible return is approved, the prepaid return label will be available through the customer account and may also be sent by email.
Orders and Payments
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Peak seasons may cause delays.

Sign in to your customer account to view order status and tracking. For assistance, email support@afewvibe.com with the order number and the email used at checkout.
What if payment verification is required?
Follow only the verification instructions shown through the secure checkout, customer-account flow, or an official AFV support message. Never send a full payment-card number, security code (CVV), expiration date, account password, or one-time verification code by email or chat. If a request seems unusual, stop and contact support@afewvibe.com.
Is there a first-order discount?
Subscribe to the AFewVibe newsletter for the currently advertised first-order offer and enter the code in the discount-code field at checkout.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review the product, size, color, shipping address, and payment details before submitting the order.
