Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Holiday and peak-season delivery

Choose Express Shipping for the best chance of delivery. Holiday carrier delays may occur, so delivery is not guaranteed.

What are the U.S. shipping options and rates?
  • Standard (3–5 business days): $9.90 — free on $100+
  • Express (1–3 business days): $35.00
Package incomplete

Some orders ship in separate packages, so items may arrive on different days.Please check your account for all tracking numbers. If something still seems missing, email us with the order email and order number.

What’s your return policy?
  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery (store credit only excluding original shipping fee if paid).

  • Returns are free with one prepaid USPS return label per order. Any additional return label will cost $15.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned with original packaging

  • Blind-box or mystery items are final sale unless there is a quality issue.
Is return shipping free?

Yes—one prepaid label provided per order. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

Do I get a refund or store credit?
  • Returns are issued as store credit under our return policy
  • Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only in non-return situations, such as an order cancellation before shipment. When a refund is issued, it typically appears in 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
What condition do returning items need to be in?

Unworn/unused, with all tags and original packaging.Otherwise we reserve the right to reject your return and sent them back to you

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not available. Please return for store credit and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Can I return items purchased with store credit?

Purchases made using store credit are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Where can I find my return label?

Once your return is approved, your return label will be available in your customer account portal and may also be sent by email if you can not find it.

Where can I find my order status and tracking?

Please sign in to your customer account to view your order status, tracking, and return labels. If you need help, email us with your order number and the email used at checkout

Payment verification
  • For some orders, our system may request a quick payment verification. This is normal and helps protect customers from fraud.
  • If you receive a verification request, please reply with a photo of the payment card used showing only the cardholder name and the last 4 digits. Please cover all other details. Do not share your full card number, expiration date, or security code.
How fast do you ship?
  • Orders are processed and ship in 24–48 hours on business days.There might be delay during peak seasons (Black Friday,Christmas etc.)
  • Once shipping starts, orders can’t be canceled or modified.
Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation so you can place a new order. Once the order status shows fulfilled and a tracking number is provided, changes or cancellations are not possible.
