Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Christmas delivery
Order by Dec 19 (PT) and choose Express Shipping for the best chance of delivery by Dec 25. Holiday carrier delays may occur, so delivery is not guaranteed.
What are the U.S. shipping options and rates?
- Standard (3–5 business days): $9.90 — free on $100+
- Express (1–3 business days): $35.00
Package incomplete
Some orders ship in separate packages, so items may arrive on different days. If something seems missing, send us the email used at checkout and your order number, and we will check the remaining tracking.
What’s your return policy?
Return window: within 30 days of delivery (store credit only).
Returns are free with a prepaid USPS label; original shipping is not refunded.
Items must be unused and include original tags and packaging.
Blind-box or mystery items are final sale unless there is a quality issue.
Is return shipping free?
Yes—prepaid label provided. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
Do I get a refund or store credit?
AFV positions returns as store credit (hassle-free). Check the item page for specifics.
What condition do returning items need to be in?
Unworn/unused, with all tags and original packaging.Otherwise we reserve the right to reject your return and sent them back to you
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available. Please return for store credit and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Below are some of are common questions about orders
Track my order
If you have a tracking number, please track it directly with the carrier. If you do not have tracking yet, send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
Payment verification
For some orders, our system may request a quick payment verification. This is normal and helps protect customers from fraud.
If you receive a verification request, please reply with a photo of the payment card used showing only the cardholder name and the last 4 digits.
Please cover all other details before sending. Do not share your full card number, expiration date, or security code with anyone.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed and ship in 24–48 hours on business days.There might be delay during peak seasons (Black Friday,Christmas etc.) Once shipping starts, orders can’t be canceled or modified.
Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?
Order details (address, size, color) are not guaranteed to be changeable after checkout. If your order is still in processing, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation and place a new order. Once the package is handed to the carrier, changes or cancellations are not possible.
