Hand washed and let dry and the letters are coming off. My son used his own money on this and his heart is broken.

I received my Fear of God Essentials hoodie in Plum as expected. However, when i opened my hoodie the letter “R” was missing from the word “FEAR.” Contacted support and they promptly responded and rectified the issue. As far as the quality of the hoodie, it was a great fit, thick, and comfy when i tried it on.
Great small is xxs thou its 2 sizes to big but the material is amazing warm love it

The hoodie was delivered quickly even during the holidays and it was packed carefully, arriving intact and undamaged. I was pleased to find that the garment was well made with high quality materials and heavyweight. I hadn't previously noted the side pockets and they were a pleasant surprise. I ordered the hoodie for my grandson who can usually wear a men's size small–with room to grow–and I thought I'd done the right thing by ordering him an XS in this particular sweatshirt. I neglected to take his measurements before I ordered and when it arrived we discovered it was far too big for him. I contacted customer support and they replied promptly, providing a shipping label so the return cost me nothing. I can now order an XXS using the store credit I was issued and an additional 15% discount! My first experience with this company was definitely a positive one and I look forward to doing business with them again!
