Refund policy
1. Return Window & Cost
You may return most items for store credit within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, except items listed in Section 3 and any items marked Final Sale. Any eligible return can be requested here or in your customer account.
To be eligible, the return package must be handed to the carrier and receive its first acceptance scan within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Eligibility is determined by the carrier acceptance scan timestamp.
Your first prepaid return label is free and is one-time use. We provide one prepaid return label per order. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend shipping them together to avoid additional label fees. Any additional return label will cost 15 dollars.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Defective on arrival: Please contact AFV Team within 14 days of delivery with clear photos for review. Damage caused by wear, washing, or normal use is not covered. A replacement will be shipped out once we can confirm the defect of new items.Â
2. Item Condition Requirements
We reserve the right to determine whether returned items meet our standards. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the sender without store credit.
3. Exceptions – Blind-Box Collectibles
Blind-box and mystery items (including but not limited to Pop Mart, DIMOO, and Sanrio surprise items) are FINAL SALE for non-quality-related reasons. Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
If you suspect a defect or transit damage, you must record one continuous unboxing video, starting from the moment the parcel is still sealed. The video must clearly show the shipping label and unopened package before opening.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted.
4. How to Start a Return

Start your return request here or sign in to your customer account to manage your existing orders and request returns for eligible items.

If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (PDF) by email.

Please attach the label and drop off the package with the designated carrier. Keep the tracking number for your records.
5. Store Credit Issuance
After we verify that the returned item meets our return standards, the store credit amount will be issued to your AFV account balance.
Store credit never expires and will appear automatically at checkout when you are logged in. Store credit is tied to the email used on the original order.
Purchases made using store credit are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds
AFV returns are issued as store credit under this policy.
Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only in non-return situations, such as an order cancellation before shipment. When a refund is issued, it typically appears in 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Important Notes
Returns that are not dropped off with the carrier within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, or that lack a valid carrier acceptance scan, will be declined.
AFV reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns that appear excessive, abusive, or suspicious.
