AFV Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Cancellations

  • Orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours after they are received.
  • Processing may take longer during holidays, major promotions, or other peak periods.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Customers should verify the product, size, color, shipping address, and payment details before submitting an order.
  • If AFV is unable to fulfill an order, AFV may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • After a package ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Customers may also check their customer account or contact support@afewvibe.com for tracking assistance.

3. Domestic United States Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: USD 9.90
  • Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Free on orders of USD 100 or more

Express Shipping

  • Cost: USD 35.00
  • Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 business days

Orders qualifying for free United States shipping are sent using standard shipping.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier, weather, holiday, address, or local-delivery delays may affect the delivery date.

4. International Shipping

Canada

  • Cost: USD 20
  • Estimated transit time: 3 to 12 business days

Other supported international destinations

  • Cost: USD 30
  • Estimated transit time: 3 to 12 business days

International shipping is free on orders of USD 300 or more.

International delivery estimates may be affected by destination, customs processing, local carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside AFV’s control.

5. Duties and Taxes

For supported international markets, import duties are included in product prices.

Taxes are handled according to the destination country and the applicable Shopify market settings. Any amount payable at checkout will be displayed before the customer places the order.

Customers are not required to pay duties that AFV has already included in the product price. However, customers must respond to reasonable requests from customs authorities or delivery carriers when information is required to complete delivery.

6. Multiple Orders

  • When practical, AFV may combine multiple orders being shipped to the same address into one parcel.
  • Orders may also be divided into separate parcels. Separate tracking numbers may be provided, and parcels may arrive on different days.

7. Address and Delivery Problems

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information before placing an order.
  • If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing contact information, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, outbound shipping, return shipping, reshipping, and other related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

8. Customs and Carrier Holds

A parcel held by customs or a carrier for more than 30 days may be treated as abandoned.

Failure to respond to reasonable customs or carrier requests, or failure to collect the parcel, may affect refund eligibility. Shipping, handling, return, storage, or other charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Damaged or Opened Packages

  1. If a package appears damaged or tampered with, photograph the sealed package before opening it.
  2. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all related materials.
  3. Follow any reasonable carrier-claim instructions.
  4. Contact support@afewvibe.com and provide the order number, tracking number, photographs, and any available carrier claim number.

10. Delivered Packages

When tracking shows a parcel as delivered, check the delivery location, mailbox, neighbors, front desk, and building management.

If the parcel cannot be found, contact the carrier to open an investigation and notify AFV promptly. AFV will review available tracking and delivery evidence and provide assistance where appropriate.

11. Returns

Eligible returns are governed by the AFV Return and Refund Policy.

For an eligible return, the first prepaid return label provided for the order is free. Additional labels cost USD 15 each. AFV does not guarantee a specific return carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
