AFV โ Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24โ48 hours after we receive them.

Order Changes and Cancellations: We cannot change the address, size, or color after an order is placed. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order. Once the order status shows fulfilled and a tracking number is provided, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package ships, tracking information will be available via the carrier and may also be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

You can also view your order details and tracking in your customer account. Once a shipping label is created, updates may take time to appear until the carrier receives the package.

Any delivery date shown on the website is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please refer to the carrier tracking for the most accurate updates.

An order may ship in multiple packages when needed. If so, each package will have its own tracking.

Carriers may vary by destination and service level, and we may use an equivalent carrier service when needed.
3. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options
Orders โฅ $100 qualify for free U.S. shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged shipping. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via UPS Ground (Standard Shipping).

5. Duties, Taxes & DDU Terms

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, VAT, or brokerage fees assessed by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

AFV does not collect or prepay these charges. Customs processing times vary and are outside our control.
6. Consolidation of Orders

When feasible, AFV may combine multiple orders shipping to the same address into one parcel.
7. Delivery Issues & Liability
Once the carrier marks a shipment "Delivered", AFV considers the order fulfilled and liability transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address / Contact Info

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number will be returned at your expense. Please double-check your details before placing the order.
Missed Delivery Attempts (U.S.)

After several failed attempts, the carrier will hold the parcel at a local facility. Unclaimed packages return to AFV at your expense; any reshipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
International Refusals

Refusing delivery on an international shipment results in the return of the parcel to AFV. Outbound and return shipping fees, plus any duties or taxes incurred, will be deducted from your refund.
8. Abandoned Packages

Customs Holds > 30 days are deemed abandoned. Failure to pay customs duties or respond to carrier requests forfeits any right to refund or exchange.
9. Damaged or Opened Packages

Inspect Before Opening: If the box looks damaged or tampered with, photograph the package before opening.

File a Carrier Claim: Submit a damage claim directly with the carrier (e.g., UPS) using those photos.

10. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility Transfer

Once the carrier marks a shipment "Delivered" (tracking scan, photo, or other proof), AFV considers the order fulfilled and liability transfers to the customer.

If a package cannot be located, check with neighbors or building management, then contact the carrier to open an investigation. AFV cannot replace or refund items reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
