This place is the worst!! I bought a sweatshirt for a gift and it wasn’t the right fit. I waited for a return label and sent it back only to have them send it back to me claiming it was not resale able. This was brand new, never worn. They asked me to send pictures which was absurd considering they had it why would I need to do that?!? So I did only for them to tell me no again!! I’m so upset over this after spending $120 on a sweatshirt for them to claim hassle free returns is a bold face lie!!! I hope no one else has to go through this, this is horrible customer service and for what????? The only thing I did was receive it, wrap it for Christmas, she tried it on, and I sent it back!! But they claim it is too dirty to resale, how is that possible?!?! It made me select at least one star for the review but I wouldn’t give it any stars at all!!!
