Washing removes the flatness of new black, while intentional holes, abrasion, and dirt-effect marks create the appearance of a garment that has already been heavily worn.
Distress Is Part of the Design
A ribbed crewneck, relaxed body, short sleeves, and straight hem keep the silhouette simple enough for the weathered surface to remain the focus. The irregular wear is deliberate, not damage that should look clean or uniform.
