Tracking and Shipping Notification
A tracking ID will be sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options and Timeframes
We offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over 100 USD.
Normal Shipping: 15 dollars USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 30 dollars UPS. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping Options and Timeframes
We offer free international shipping for orders over 200 USD.
International Standard Shipping: 30 dollars Fedex (Canada shipping fee is 20 dollars)Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days.
International Buyers and Taxes
We do not collect taxes for international orders. Any taxes and fee occurring during transition are responsible for the customers.
Our shipping process follows the DDU method, which means all relevant taxes and duties are unpaid.
Consolidation of Orders
We reserve the right to combine orders being delivered to the same delivery address when applicable.
Delivery Confirmation and Liability Policy
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier—through tracking updates, delivery photos, or other official verification—AFEW VIBE considers the order fulfilled. At that point, responsibility for the package passes to the customer. We regret that we cannot provide compensation or replacements for items reported as lost or stolen after the carrier has documented successful delivery. If you suspect a delivery issue, please check with neighbors, your building’s management office, or file a report with local authorities.
