SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours upon received. Once the processing is complete, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking and Shipping Notification

A tracking ID will be sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and are subject to change at the discretion of the third-party delivery service.

Domestic Shipping Options and Timeframes

We offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over 100 USD.
Normal Shipping: 15 dollars USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 30 dollars UPS. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping Options and Timeframes

We offer free international shipping for orders over 200 USD.

International Standard Shipping: 30 dollars Fedex (Canada shipping fee is 20 dollars)Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days. 

International Buyers and Taxes

We do not collect taxes for international orders. Any taxes and fee occurring during transition are responsible for the customers. 

Our shipping process follows the DDU method, which means all relevant taxes and duties are unpaid.  

Consolidation of Orders

We reserve the right to combine orders being delivered to the same delivery address when applicable.

Delivery Issues:

  • Incorrect Address/Contact Information: If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or phone number provided at checkout, it will be returned to Fear of God at your expense. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.
  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts by the carrier, it will be held at a local postal office for pickup. If the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to AFV at your expense. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
  • International Deliveries: For international orders, if you refuse delivery of your package for any reason, it will be returned to AFV at your expense. Return shipping costs, including any applicable duties and taxes, will be deducted from your refund.

Abandoned Packages:

  • Customs Hold: Packages held in customs for 30 days will be considered abandoned. If your package is abandoned due to inaction on your part (e.g., failure to pay customs fees), you will forfeit any right to a refund or exchange for the order.

Damaged or Opened Packages:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect it for any signs of damage or tampering. If the box appears damaged or opened, do not open it. Immediately photograph the damaged packaging before inspecting the contents.
  • Filing a Claim: Contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) to file a claim for the damage. Provide them with the tracking number and the photographs you took of the package.
  • Contacting AFewVibe: After filing the claim with the carrier, please contact us at support@afewvibe.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Tracking number
    • Photographs of the damaged packaging
    • Claim number from the carrier (if available)

Delivery Confirmation and Liability Policy

 
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier—through tracking updates, delivery photos, or other official verification—AFEW VIBE considers the order fulfilled. At that point, responsibility for the package passes to the customer. We regret that we cannot provide compensation or replacements for items reported as lost or stolen after the carrier has documented successful delivery. If you suspect a delivery issue, please check with neighbors, your building’s management office, or file a report with local authorities. For additional assistance, you may contact the shipping carrier directly.
