What is our Free Return Policy?
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, most items can be returned for store credit within 21 days of the delivery date, at no additional cost to you. Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable. Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
How do I return an item?
To begin the return process, kindly email us at support@afewvibe.com with your order number and reason for returning. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a pre-paid Shipping label.
What is the return label?
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email for free. Simply attach the label to your package and send it back to us.
Which products are eligible for a return?
Most items purchased online are eligible for return within 21 days of delivery. However, items marked as “final sale” or “special release” are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly indicated in the product description on our website.
Store Credit Process and Expiry
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return standards, we will email you a coupon code for the store credit amount. Please note that store credit does not expire, but if you use store credit to make a purchase, that order will not be eligible for return.

Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned.
